"Power Tools" Newsletter. By Karen Kenworthy ( http://www.winmag.com/karen ).
This program can determine the IP address(es) associated with any valid
domain name (such as microsoft.com). It can also determine the domain
names associated with most IP addresses (if the owner of the IP
address has created the appropriate PTR records in the DNS server that
is authoritative for the IP address range). As a bonus, the program
can also generate various alternate "shrouded" URLs for any domain
name or IP address.
